Just to clarify kicker is not ****

There is A TON of other woofers I would use before kicker

But if you can get an L7 for under $150 used it's not a bad deal not great but not bad

Not to mention the cone area advantage of the square woofer helps the low end

L7's LOVE giant boxes

Imo get 2 Xv2's with a 5k amp and tune it down slightly

Overhead with the amp is always nice and leaves room to upgrade in the future

How about a budget 1st before all things. This way we can determine best bang for the buck out there as there's many non mainstream brands available.
Oh and uh, don't pay any attention to papermaker.

Budget is not a big issue. The bigger issue is how much power i can support. I was in a sundown dealer shop yesterday and I was talking about the zv4s. He said I'd likely not be able to support power needed to get the 5, 6 of 7k those woofers would want. No space for the amount of batteries he was saying. This is going on a trunk.
