Bridged at 4ohm should do a good job. I doubt that amp will like 2 bridged

No, not necessarily. What coil configuration do you have?

So long as your sub is a d2 you can wire it in series making it a single 4ohm and bridge the amp mono and it will drive the heck out of that single sub....Pioneer amps are often over looked but are very good reliable amps when used within their design specifications.....
