Jus got my new 2500d amp hooked it up but i believe it should slam harder than what it is. To get the full potential do i really have to run power and grounds to both supplies on this amp. Yes, definitely hook up both power supplies. They are there for a reason! Should be plenty of boom if hooked up properly.

That amplifier can pull more then 300amps into a 0.4ohm load.

Use both power input stages. With 4ga at least.
