would you be willing to take a pic of all your settings so that we can compare them with the ones we have tomorrow?Well, the only settings that control the actual "power on" is the gain. Unless you've set the lp to something ridiculous and the SSF to higher than that, there's no reason that those controls should stop you from getting sound.
You hadn't changed anything? You just felt the two touch and no signal power?
I don't know for sure, but if the channels on the amp are split you shouldn't have any trouble just switching to another set of + & - outputs.
I have this amp, btw.
I can't take a pic cause I have my sub sitting on top of my false floor, which is on top of my amp, but I can tell you this:NOW you grace us with your presence and absolute IMMENSE knowledge on everything JL...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

you actually might be onto something...amps are daisychained. he has an eclipse 3403, so it has only 2 preouts, and it doesnt have a dedicated subw rca output, just 2 rca outputsi do to...
actually i hope this didn't happen, but i have a possibility, when you arced the speaker wires you could have possibly burned the outputs on your HU, i'm assuming you have the 2 amps daisy chained, to check if this is the problem, switch the sub rca from the sub output on your HU to the REAR output... what my reasoning is, is that you know it's not a problem with the subs, and it's probably not a problem with the amps because you only arced one of them and that being the case only one would be effected unless you blew a fuse, and since they power on you know that is not the case... so it has to be a problem with the inputs, either you burned the output on your HU, or you burned the RCA's themself... which is actually more likely because if it was the outputs you should be getting a motor-boat sound not nothing...
stfu you f'in retard!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif
lol i didn't say anything but ok... i was just thinkin that i'm not gunna turn down one amp over the other because it has more features to adjust... be cool:fro:stfu you f'in retard!
I say there is more to go wrong because there are more variables makes perfect sense.
Godd@mnit I am not in the mood you little sh!t.
what i would do is switch the outputs if that doesn't work try another RCA, cause if it's not one of those problems i have no clue it doesn't seem like it could be much else... unless you have still missed some important setting on the ampsok he just set the settings to what you said bikinpunk and they still dont play...
