i vote to limit them as i was just scammed 350 dollars. For every 10 good sellers you have 1 rotten apple and it just sucks you knwo waht can you do about it

****, you ppl keep voting postcount...why, people are just going to become post *****s and then scam, it would make no difference. The only way to cut down on scams is to be more cautious, or close the classifieds altogether. But I don't think that just because some people scam is a reason for it to be ruined for everyone else.

using ebay would be the best thing - basically i think people should make an accoutn on ebay - then you put your item on here - then sell it on ebay. - EBAY gaurantee's half credit in a scam but can usually get you full - PAYPAL SUCKS dont trust them protecting you cuz it doesnt work!!!!

Post count is nothing. Unless we want two problems (scammers and spammers), that isnt the way to handle it. If we have a FAQ, many people wont read it. I know I dont even bother with FAQs so if we have one, title it QUICK NOTE TO BUYERS or something like that.

And then everyone will ***** that they have to be a post ***** in order to sell here. For every Eugenics, there is an established, respectable member with less than 500 posts. I can think of a few members off hand that I know from different forums who are extremely respect- and trust-worthy, yet have less than 500 posts.

i got taken by a dude with 2700 posts and i bought a $400 amp from someone with 4 posts that went great. it's up to the buyer. view the feedback and actually contact the refrences the seller provides. pretty much cross your fingers and hope.
