Hey I have a 2011 Ford F-150 and I want to run XS power yinlong cells and I’m wondering would I need a voltage step down or would that voltage from the cells hurt any components in my vehicle?

provided your car is 24/12 volts with the vehicles electricals, other than that, if it is 12v, then you don't need mate.

The battery is supposed to be used above 14.2v so would I still be okay to run a regulator on my alternator and run 14.8 volts? Thank you for the help in advance.
