voltage issue

for some reason ever since i put in my irraggi 300 amp alt my voltage hasnt ever been any better than my stock 136 amp alt. ive done the big 3 in 1/0 and even did other ones in there with 1/0. ive got a yellow top up front with 1/0 running to a kinetic HC2000 in the rear. ive only got a autotek 1500D running at 2 ohms and a autotek 4 ch amp pulling 400 rms so less than 1500 total and it still drops pretty bad. i dont understand. its like that alt did nothing. all batteries are good too. does someone know why its like this, cuz i dont

its a 01 dodge ram 5.9L....both while driving or sitting. driving isnt as bad but still drops, sitting it drops within ten sec.
