Voltage after Big 3

How reliable are the voltage readings through my head unit (Pioneer DEH-P6800MP)? I have done the big 3 with 1/0 guage on my 2006 Civic SI and the reading I am getting through my HU doesn't go above 14.1v and drops down to 13.7-13.8 after driving for more than 5 minutes. I would expect around 14.3-14.5. Is this the power getting supplied to the HU only, or is this the reading from the battery?

Don't currently have a meter to measure voltage, but I thought I would ask some of the more electrically-inclined members about this.

It is not 100% accurate on that deck i had the 680mp alittle different then yours but the same thing.
