viper setting help w/ pics

hey guys i got my two 4ohm 12 alpine type-r's wire down to 1 ohm on my viper 1200d amp. well im not really sure what all these settings are on the amp. i was wondering if someone out there could give me a helping hand on how to set these. also the gain tutorial link is down, so im not really sure how to set the gain.

for the tutorial the link is messed up. just to go http://www.jlaudio.com. click on support, click on amplifiers then click on input senesitivity tutorial.

bass eq is just that, you are eq the sub from that amp. the frequency is the frequency you are going to either boost or cut. i really dont know much about the sub sonic but i believe you dont really need it. do a search on EQs if you dont know what i'm talking about.
