You are right, stuff like this can hurt your business.Right - and he has nothing to lose bashing a product.
People can get on their computer and make comments that may hurt my business with no negative consequences - so YES, I have something to gain by defending my product.
I haven't owned either of the amps in this topic but I will probably be in the market for a pair of 3000W @ 1 ohm amp sometime in the new year.
Stuff like this makes me question which amp I had in mind.
I was planning on purchasing some SAZ-3000Ds, from dB-r.
I dunno. Amp build quality and stuff is a big factor in picking an amp, but I also like customer service and support. How many places can you talk to Kickers owner online, or JLs? I haven't seen it yet. I like how you can talk direct with Jacob, the 'less mainstream' companies I've found to be like this. I bought my subs from Mach5 Audio, and any questions I had about them I asked Mach 5's owners... I had some questions about the 1500Ds and 3000Ds, pm'd Jacob, he answered them no problem.
I'm not trying to badmouth US amps as I've never owned one, I'm not saying that they don't have customer support, I just figured I'd chime in and post this.
