Big negative. I asked if they repair motors and what the cost was if they did.

Shipping to and from FI plus the cost of the repairs i could buy a brand new BTL for the money i would have invested.. When i intially made the claim i was gonna see about getting a quote and updating the claim with a repair price instead of a replacement price since it was just a motor and basket and not a complete woofer.

his sub did not come from Fi.. notice all the corners on his box were all smushed.....

ok good... still for other subs i think they should do a little more... mine was fine, but I was shocked when i saw that those little foam pads were all that was keeping in in place..... magnet was resting on the bottom of the box

Honestly if the motor cannot shift and damage itself with its own weight its cool. That pack job looks like its pretty secure.

For a smaller motor that doesnt weight ~70lbs, their packaging is up to my standards for anything else I have gotten from them.

I think they do a good job, not to mention they offer free shipping.
