it was going cross country from new hampshire to california so there was many opportunities to trash it i suppose

what i dont get is how a random hole ends up right in the middle of the box, that kind of stuff just dosent happen by accident unless they ran a forklift through it or something

that thing wasn't in a crate. bound to happen. shippers fault not UPS. should of packed that shit properly man.
