Because each company ships THOUSANDS of packages a day with a low to mid 90% success rating (Non expections (Exceptions=damage/loss)).why?
USPS FEDEX or DHL have never damaged my packages... UPS.. well I don't want to go into it
Gotta love terrible reasoning...why?

Just leave it at 400, i doubt i will get 400 anyway considering it was uninsured and only has the default $100 doller amount thats probobly all they are going to pay upThat was my sub I received. With a motor that heavy and not being tightly secured it is bound to shift and rub thru on any side it’s sitting on. Astly was a good guy and advised he will refund the money I paid for the motor and he will finish up the claim with ups. Which in my eyes is a great seller. The claim is for $400 because I don’t think you can buy just a motor from FI? Or can you? Astyl you advised me to keep it at $400 for the claim. Did you want me to change it to a different amount when I notify UPS you will be the new contact person??

No additional insurance, its the default $100 doller amount, meaning even though scott put a claim in for 400, im probobly gonna get 100 back no matter what the claim amount is because thats all its insured forHoly shit Scott, that is the worst shipped package I've ever seen...literally. Those holes look like someone got a little punchy with it.
How much was the insurance that was paid for by the SHIPPER?
If UPS is like fedex there really isnt "insurance." You just have to file a claim. That’s why on fedex shipments they ask for a value amount I think, so in the even of a claim they have an idea of how much the claim should be worth. I would think UPS work in the same fashion.Holy shit Scott, that is the worst shipped package I've ever seen...literally. Those holes look like someone got a little punchy with it.

No worries i am not blaiming you for the pack job. Shiet happens. Unless you have never shipped a sub they probably really did think it was packed well. Its important that the motor can not move or shift or else... You get a damaged motor..i did not package or ship it personally, it was taken care of by a 3rd party (the business)
