Upgraded alternator vs. battery vs. capacitor?

Hah you really think so? In that case I'm in //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Are they out of production or something? I can't find anywhere that sells them, including your link

Its about 1.5yo. Rest above 12.5v charged atleast 3 times a month. Its got some years left in it as long as u maintain it correctly. I used a pair to support around 3000watts so they have not been ran hard at all. They have never seen low voltage and I mean never. Will pass load test with flying colors.
What does "Rest above 12.5v charged atleast 3 times a month" mean? And is there anything special I need to know about maintaining it? All I've ever had is factory batteries in my cars so yeah... Lol

All batts have a resting voltage the higher the resting voltage the better. I put them on a charger atleast 3 times a month to fully charge them. This helps keep them healthy. Best thing to do for a batt to keep it going for many years is to never let it drop to low and charge it fully atleast a few times a month. These are just short answers and there is alot more to it but again I am not going to write a book.

So if I buy this battery am I going to need to get a charger also? Doesn't just running your car without playing music at full blast recharge the battery?

Yes it does but what about those days you dont run ur car? What about them days you beat on ur system all day dropping into the 12v range and then cut car off now ur batt is really in need of a charge.?? I mean a decent charger is 25bucks again the hobby is not cheap and e1 needs a batt charger..

Maybe I am playing it to safe but I do what I do cause it works for me I have never blown anything never had a batt issue so I stick with what works for me. May be excessive but it makes me feel secure.

Ohh I was expecting a bigger investment here haha I can do a 25 dollar charger. It just seemed like one of those things that would end up costing a lot. Do you have any chargers or websites that sell them that you like well? Also what is the lowest that my dmm should ever read this battery's voltage being at? Like do battery's voltages just drop forever, or do they stay around 12 volts?

Alright great. So besides possibly charging the battery when it's been worked a lot, is there anything that aftermarket batteries need to stay in good working order?
