Understanding Ohms and Amp channels.. HELP!

300rms wont' be enough you're gonna run 2 subs, so you'll need 300 each. you'll be lookin for a 600rms @1ohm. only thing with that is, i don't believe they make one that small. smallest one you'll find is 1000rms @1ohm. (may be wrong with that) why are you getting kicker? if you're stuck on kicker, why are you wanting subs that are only 300rms?
IIRC, Diamond Audio makes a 600.1 @ 1 ohm.
