underseat box help!!!

Im planning on putting my 2 ed sq10's under the rear seat of my ext cab 2000 f250 which only has a 7" seat height. Im also only going to make it 10" wide. Can someone help me with dimensions and is it better to have them down or upfiring?

downfire gets pretty loud under the back seat. heres a picture i made with sketchup of the ones i did under the back seat of a silverado. (two seperate enclosures). i cant remember the demensions.
