what does 140 db sound like?
my single type R hit 139.7 on the dash in a daily box tuned to 34hz, in my s10 truck. getting voltage drops in the 10's. :crap:i actually went over 140 accidentally during db drag, which makes the install on the 2 L7's pretty suspect. the 2 type R's could also do better.

O and might i add. This was not on tones(not sure if i already said that). All music. I think the loudest on the type argghhhs was money man. Not sure on the L7s. This was the type r guys first time getting it metered. The second for the L7's. And yes i agree, he needs to build a box.
