depends on the type of car? how much power is going into it? ive been told to tune around 32-35hz, don't think there is that much of a diffrence between 30-32 hz, but these subs love low notes so it will probably be perfect from your listening prefrences....

should be fine. I think thats a slightly small box though. They would work alot better in 2.25-2.5 each

It'll get loud, sure...but that's about all you're going to hear.

i have an unfinished 5cf tuned to around 37 hz..i heard it would be too big tho....and yes, i have stockies for now

37hz would probably to high, as far as the seats up or down, i did it with my car, only thing i noticed was that it go louder in the cabin of my car....

the 2.5cf/ chamber was originally for my kickers, ill finish it off for them and put them in the car the type r's dont go into, and build a brand new box for the r's...when i get home i will post the plans i drew up

4 cf ported box, tuned to 30 hz

that will sound good.

5cu ft @33hz will hit way lower.

6cu ft @30hz will hit like mad low tones.
