12" Type R

2.3 cubes, 31Hz. Getting 600rms Will this be ok for a daily set-up? Listen mostly to hip-hop, reggaeton, but also listen to latin (merengue, salsa, etc.)

Haven't bought them yet, after the holidays.

and

How would the R compare to a RL-P. Both ported?

Last subs I had were 2 Infinity Ref in a prefab only getting like 200rms

How would either of these two compare?

the R will be fine. for your taste i'd say R is the way to go. RL-p is a lil smoother and may take it in sq dept, but R can sounds sweet also, all in the install
