A 15" Kicker Comp Vr runnin at rms 500 watts in a 3 cuft box or a Premier 3004spl runnin at it's Rms of 1000 watts in a 2.25 cuft box? Why am I camparing a 15 and 12?Simular in price.

Yes I have an Orion 2500d.I am gonna do 4 cvr 15's @1 ohm or 4 premier 12's @ .5ohms

if your looking for output only, Kicker would definitely have a considerable cone area advantage.

Kicker doesnt make a 15" Solo X... (10", 12", and 18")

id go with the CVR's, or 2 15'' L7's or even a solo X 18, all should work good with that 2500d

go with the premiers if you want sql and kicker if spl in my experience i would say that the 3004 spls are well worth there price and do everything you want and that amp will work great with them could use a little more power but that should do fine definately ported though difference like night and day

then why was the original question a cvr 15 an spl3004 12? but im gonna have to say the cvr's over the pioneers

This is funny to hear people say CVR's over the Pioneer 3004's. The 3004's will spank the crap out of those cvrs. There is no contest, even if your comparing 12's to 15's. Do me a favor and get 4 of the 3004's and you will be thanking me later. I have heard both sets of speakers in many different installs. I would compare the 3004 series to the L7's and still take the 3004's. Great sounding subs.
