Started tonight, worked for about 2 1/2 hours. Got it cut, need to get a 3/4 roundover for the front and rear port wall. 3 12" SSD D1's powered by a SAZ1500D@.66 nom going in my 01 Blazer.

Without a CNC or a mill, how can you possibly cut 3.31" using a regular measuring tape?

Just go buy one of those clear, shatter resistant rulers at wally world. The second half of the ruler is divided into tenths, so you could at least get 3.3" accurately

Yes, that's odd that they put .31 as a decimal point.

5/16 = .3125 but still not perfect.

I actually cut it to 3.25. Pete said it would be better to round down than up in this application to get the most velocity as possible.
