Torn Type-r

My buddy gave me this 12" type r for free, some books or somethin tore it up in the back of his car. Any ideas on how to go about fixin it??

It will be cheaper to buy a new one.

I have a type r close to that condition.. Looks like the outer shell. Just seal it up with some silicon.

yeah its just the outer shell.....i think ill try some silicon, cant really complain tho considering i got it for free
