Got everything fired up and it looks like we may have a winner!

Where before I could do a ducttape seal job around the box the port rips the tape off with the pressure! LMAO

Rob have you thought about fiberglass instead of duct tape i know it's too cold for it now but what do you think?

i thing im going to do a mess of it, im going to make door panels for the rear seats out of 1/2 MDf or Ply and fiber those over and carpet, and then cut MDF to fit between the box and doors tight, buy a back deck pannel skin it and fiberglass it, then mdf the box right into the car and carpet it right in.

Yep thought about it and may do that but in the mean time Ducttape works for testing purposes.

I notice my subs getting hotter with my new box so I lengthend the 2nd port wall to shrink the common chamber and it made a huge diff.

Found a couple pieces of wood to help seal the sides and have it pretty well sealed. Now I just have to get my meter up to date and we will see how it looks on the meter.

All in all its friggin mad loud and way deeper than before. Box need to be sealed and resined to eliminate box flex and noise. It's gonna be a beast!!

More pics. The box is gonna work just fine just need to tune it. couldn't stand the box flex and noise so I pulled it out and gave it a good layer of Resin. I will add more tomorrow.
