IMO It would be decent if setup properly. Although I would suggest two 10" W6v2's sealed over the W3v2's.^^^ lol, that's kind of what I thought. whats your opinion on the 4 8w3v3 setup trigger?
do you mean 2 of the 10" w6v2s over 2 10" w6v3 or were you comparing 10w6v2 to the 8w3v2s?IMO It would be decent if setup properly. Although I would suggest two 10" W6v2's sealed over the W3v2's.
who makes the RL, i think i remember reading about it somewhere, was it earthquake? would you get the RL over the JLs? are they a better SQ sub? what is the freq range? how much power, and how many, would you stick with four of them?In a cost effective setup I would look in to the RL-i8. It has a very detailed sound, with the capability to get very loud. And the recommended box size is just .21ft^3 sealed or .38ft^3 ported IIRC.
yeah 2 10w6v2 would be awesome, and if i have to go to 10s to get what I want, then so be it....i just want to keep the enclosure small. but in the end SQ>space. If you plan on sticking with JL you will not go wrong, But the W6v2 would be my recommendation.
If you get them cheap get them, they are overpriced usually... not bad amps otherwise. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yes.gif.2d6d3882a589966b8145fbc57db57f33.gifur sayin 8's will get as low as 10's or 12's
^^^Ok, so for the most natural sound Q you would go with the 10w6v2?
if you were doing this setup, with my specs, what would you do?
2 10w6v2s? 4 JL 8w3v2? 2/3/4 RL-i 8? how much power would you give your setup and what type of enclosure?
the output I am not too worried about, i can get the bigger alpine amp, and drive more power to it, and tune it correctly. i have a guy that will RTA for me. I just want tight, accurate bass that plays low enough to cover what I need.
thanks for your input
