JL powerwedge

hey all,

i am going to purchase a new sub and i was looking at the new jl audio 12W1v2 in a powerwedge enclosure. this is going in the back of my ford escape, and i don't want it to take up much room, but i also want i to sound good. it is going to be powered from an alpine MRV-F340 amp. i have spent most of my money for this system on front component speakers (focal pollyglass 165v2) and i dont have much left. is this a wise choice to go with this sub.

how much money do you have left for a sub and enclosure?
