Definitely a good guy. A cop pulled me over. I was going down a road I never see a cop on, ever. I was doing 15 over the limit, and I saw the cruiser in some small drive for an oil rig. I could look him in the eyes. I slowed down and pulled over, as there was no question I was speeding and he saw me. Wrote me a ticket for only ten over, even telling me he can't do a warning for 15 over.

Only thing I told him I was late for class when he asked why I was in such a hurry. No sob stories, no pleading. Wish I knew his name, but oh well. Definitely a lot of good/nice cops out there, despite the shit head ones.

Dude in the video seems cool, the way he's explaining it to everyone. It sounds like he's having a polite conversation with them, instead of shouting in a rude or enforcing manner .
