I bet anyone with a VW Westphalia conversion is laughing quite loudly.

lol but no real hippie has that.. if they did they would have sold it to some middle-aged guy with a ton of money trying to recapture his youth by reliving the summer of love... real hippies would have bought a bag of weed and some candy.

lived out of my truck for 3 days out on I-10 when moving to arizona. spent a weekend in Vegas living in my truck because teh hotels aren't cheap.

overall, not too hard to live out of a vehicle with a cash card handy.
