Thief!!! Someone in NJ please help!!!!

Hey guys you guys have saved my car before and now I have a different question for you...I bought a deck from this lady from somewhere in the Clifton/Passaic area of New Jersey in MAY!!! and she still has not sent the deck!!!! i have constantly called her and she still picks up the phone and will talk to me and insists that its her brothers fault cause he runs the car audio store and she was just the "middle man". but thats bs shes responsible for the loss of the $320 that i sent her!!! she for some reason she still talks to me but never will call back or agree to send my money back and insists shes "working on it". me on the other hand, im really flipping mad and just want my money back (i already bought a new deck from another honest ebayer). i even found out where she worked on the internet and have talked to her boss about it but still i havent got anything!!! I was wondering if anyone living near or around this area could help me out with this, and if you wanted I could give you a little bit of the money if you could get it back and send it to me since i kinda need that money back for college!
