what do you guys think about this?
a Hifonics XX-Hercules pushing two type Rs in a TCAB box? i had the Hifonics Bxi1606 and the type Rs took it fine. but what about the hercules?

Ill sell you my Brutus 2006D...3 weeks new for 300 shipped. But to answer your question..yes, that will work just fine... I have my 2 12's on my brutus now...they get a little smelly at full power....but they pound pretty **** well...also a TCAB.

Just thought id chme in.

I had a XXX 15 in my Civic for goin on 2 years now.

It was in a 5cu@37hz and 3.5cu@32 box.

It got really loud but only had 1200watts on it so never got to full potential.

Ok so i swapped in a Type R 15 about 3 weeks ago,and kept everything the same.

Wow,i cant explain how much deeper and how much louder it is.It really hurts on some notes.Im gonna get some vid of it soon.I love it.

The lows are so much more pronounced with the Type-R its not funny.

Id reccommend it to anyone,for the price you cant beat it imho.2 Thumbs Up.

its all in the install. the 2 type R's will handle the power better, ive tryed both and like my 15R

I would say 1500 just to be on the safe side,but they do have some out there givin 2000watts daily.

hey fellas..just wanted to ask what type of amp should i get for 2 12'' type Rs dual 2 ohm....ive asked around..and one said that i should not go cheap with this setup and go with an alpine pdx-1.1000 or an infinity reference 1211a...im kinda lookin for some at the lower end..anyone have any suggestions and maybe even amps to sell to me for cheap?

Jesus, I know about the type r hype, but is it really that good of a sub? I might just find somebody that works at best buy and get the type r over the ID ID12 I've been looking at getting..
