There was a local kid when I lived in Omaha that had an Expedition with 4 Kicker soloX 12's and a 2500.1 on each. It was pretty nasty.

the loudest cleanest sound i ever heard was from my friend in his beat up corolla, he had a pioneer head unit a pioneer(walmart?) amp and and old school rockford sub in a ported box...i'm tellin you that thing bumps really nice and loud i could heard if from one side to the other side of the parking lot(home depot parking lot)

i was in my buddies explorer yesterday, he has 2 ED 190v.2's sealed powered by a nine.1 at 1 ohm. not a rediculous amout of power but it gets **** loud! i opened the door and the pressure from the subs was blowing the door open i had to hold the door so it wouldnt swing open anymore. was fun but made me nauseas

little more than a wee bit....a lot of the pressure leaks straight out when the door is opened....it wouldn't even come anywhere close to "blowing the doors open"

guess this means single sub...and so far that'd be either my BTL or my mojo....never got either metered but they were fairly loud for a DD.

A girl back in high school had a camry with a single Atomic 15 (APX I think) and an Atomic 1500w amp. It did a 146 in her trunk.
