Does anyone know if the build in harddrive is ONLY used for navigation, or is it possible to store songs on it as well?

Also how do you go about finding dealers that sell these?

Its used only for the nav. The avn5495 was able to store music on the hard drive, through "music juke." If you have an ipod, don't count on controlling with the ipod adapter through the avn7000. Its absolutely horrible. Through aux is the only decent way.
