OP
No freakin way !!! Why bro ? Your killin me smalls ! And stop with the pity party you got lots of peeps here trying to help you ! SLOW THE F DOWN ! your enclosure looked fine and appeared to be large enough, Again I am no expert but hispl is and he seemed to think you were on the right path ? why did you tear it out ? change the baffle , change the port but dam dont tear it all down. At this point take a couple weeks off and chill ! but maybe go on a fact finding and research mission and get a plan that will work from someone that knows and follow the plan. But really I think you need to find a job first cuz this hobby is a money pit for sure and also because sounds like you need to get out and meet some new people. Now that you have your car working search for a job and that will keep you busy and then you have to plan to work on your stereo in your off time and gives you alot of time to think about how your going to do things and what stuff your going to need ahead of time. I am super bummed you tore that all out again. Dont give up bro just slow down and enjoy the ride.I didnt use bracing because the sides and bottom were three layers and the front and back were four layers ....it doesnt matter now though cause i tore it down. How the fuuuck do people pull off 150 with two 12's or two 15's on 4000 watts and i cant do shiiit with three 18's and 8000 watts.....i think its my piece of shiiit car....the way the fuckkking body is shaped its a fuuucking half oval and square at the bottom...it makes everything 1000x harder because the lowest point is 34 inches then it curves up to 40 when it gets to the roof...and the sides curve in so much i lose about 10 inches because of it. And gp audio is four hours from me. My car is fine for the time being. But who knows how long that'll be because chryslers are the worst fuckking cars out there. Especially the pacifica. I would much rather burn the piece of shhhitt. But i only have liability. And i definitely don't have the money to pay someone to do it. I dont have a job, i don't have any friends, and i have no life. So i try to do everything myself.
How's that workin' out for ya?I didnt use bracing because the sides and bottom were three layers and the front and back were four layers ....it doesnt matter now though cause i tore it down. Yup...62 pages of nothing. He gets close to being done with a wall, gets pissed tears it down and starts all over again. What a waste...For real I tried to be helpful but everyone gives advice and then he's like f that I'm doing it the way it hasn't worked all year anyways. 150 above window line with 2 18s on a 8k should be doable. But have you actually looked at his wire and batts? That alone tells all you need to know. 1 cheap *** 1/0 for a 8k amp........

This whole thing is a master clusterfuuck
If you had 16 cube net you really screwed the pooch tearing it down because what you showed for pictures looked pretty solid as far as top bottom sides and back. What you needed to do was follow through once you have a sound foundation. Sealing and adjusting tuning/volume as needed. IN THAT ORDER. Depending on vehicle acoustics you could be down 5-6dB with sound waves reflecting back behind the box and considering your trouble with math figuring out dimensions I'd be shocked if your tuning wasn't way off from what you predicted/modeled.
I think he was 3 and 4 layers. Still though, if he even had 13-14 cube net it might still have been adequate for those subs.Pretty sure you still have it wrong. U have .75” for wood and it looked like from your pictures it was double layered all the way around. So that would be 1.5”... that’s goong to eat up cubic ft fast. Try typing in the correct specs and see where U end up.. and are u sure that funky wood your using isn’t 1” thick? It looks half the size of the 2x6 or whatever U have in the corner of your box
I pretty much never recommend drug use but he certainly needs to mellow out and slow down a little.Lmao bro you need some weed in your life.

Trucks arnt any easier to get louder in then an suv.. CT sounds woofer arnt very good but the will make some noise. U should have kept the shell and re did the baffle. Hell I was doing 147db with one 18 on a crunch 3000watt amp (1500) Watts max years ago in a SUV .It’s honestly all in the enclosure, if you would just get a box design and then follow the cut sheet step by step you will be golden. But instead your using Torres box calc and typing in the wrong numbers and just making a mess. Everyone is trying to help you. Go on caraudioclassifies.org and click the thread for Sonics box designs. Pretty sure is $25. Give him your max dimensions and get a box design. Follow the cut sheet step by step and you should be close to a 150db. At least it will be sounding good.I tore it down because there's no way I could get two of the meso's as loud as all three of them. when I had the two hooked up I tested it for a few minutes and the coils almost immediately got hot. And I only had the gain turned up a hair from 0. Yes I could most definitely get louder with two beefier 18's. I have no doubt about that. But it'll be a very very long time before I can afford them. And louie I could easily achieve 150+ just like chaseinbass if I had a truck. But I have a pacifica, it's a crossover. So it's slightly bigger than an extended cab truck. Truck's are simple to get loud in. I would love to have an extended cab truck. And my power and ground wire are 4/0 excelene wire. The shiitty 1/0 is going from the battery up front to the one's in the back. And boomin tahoe It hasn't been the greatest. I would rather not start an argument over something stupid. So i'm not going to tell you to fuuuck off lol.
I own an ext cab truck. In it, will be a little 8" sub.
