Even after all the accusations with no facts, the name calling, the attempts to push the limits of our rules and our patience, you STILL want to claim our actions just boil down to 'censorship'. Who am I to judge? One, Im a moderator of this site, its part of my responsibility to be a part of these types of situations. And two, my name has been dragged into this, personally, with insult after insult, and at least one bold faced lie about me and my integrity. I think that's plenty to give me reason to speak. For all I know, if I poked my nose in Juan's sub forum and started enforcing rules, Id be accused of being in their business. SPL.com's $40 vendor payment does not give them some sort of right to 'test' the mod staff here. If they didnt want to control their own sub-forum, they should have considered that before agreeing to do so. Or did Juan think he had mod powers on his sub-forum because we didnt expect him to use them?

As for SPL.com/Juan's "genuine" interest in executing a vendor status here, his words and actions prove otherwise. I read with my own eyes where he said he didnt plan on staying here more than the month he'd already paid for (before this shit hit the fan), and his repeated attempts to defame this site in order to promote his, suggest his interest was something less than genuine.

like i said, we followed the protocol we were given to advert. splc. our interest was to afford people with privacy, as well as information that seems to get deleted from half the other car audio sites on the net and what you've been libelously been referring to people as false. God forbid you be noted for those accusations as biased and unfounded, and realistically, its not for you to say.
