I have heard both in their own enclosure, the havoc was in a ported enclosure(15") the TC was in a sealed enclosure(18"). The Havoc sounded awesome and got nasty. The TC sound real good especially for an 18,but it wasn't very loud. Havoc on a 1800 rms hifonics amp,the TC off of two Zapco c2k 9.0's. I not saying the TC didn't sound good because it sounded great, just not as loud as i thought an 18" would be.
lol, the lms ultra is a low q woofer, only fools with insane power on tap and headroom to match and an audiophile eq should even attempt it. The havoc took it simply because the lms was being ran improperly.
Idea enclosure for the lms 5400 is 4.3net @ 25Hz, in sealed, optimum would be 3.4 for an f3 of just over 36hz. Sealing it will give you 4.7dB of loss over the vented enclosure @ 30Hz, and 3.4dB loss at 25Hz, 3dB loss @35Hz...

Very efficient but lower Q than needed to be an authority subsonic, and not have a more than 1dB output deviation across its usable bandwidth. The LMS 4K 10 has a flatter bandwidth and can play much lower than the LMS 5400, just not with ridiculous output.
