tc 3000 on ~ 370 watts ar 4 ohm?

would it be a bad idea to run a tc 3000 with that amount of power? The tc is quad 1 ohm so i can wire it to 4 ohm... will it still be decent in a 1^3 cu ft sealed?

i'm looking to do this before i cough up enough to get a 2000 rms amp...

i dont think you can wire it to 4 ohms? at least the diagrams arent so on their website.

not at, all, i'm looking for decent sq and output that can at least surpass an assassin, i don't think that's too much to ask for 370 rms... also it suits me well because it only needs .8^3 sealed....

I think it would b a waste of money to spend spend $400/shipped on a sub that you can't power properly. Thats just my opinion though.

i'd wait til i had the amp to even hook it up, less chance of you clipping the amp and burning the sub

headroom is always good. And think of it has breaking it in and then when you get your new amp you can wang on it.

If 340 watts of clipped power burns that sub.... its not worth 400 dollars. IMHO

i will set the gains accordingly... and i know this woofer needs 1500 rms to fully shine but gotta start somewhere...
