I'm thinking of installing 6.5" components into the front and a 6.5 midbass driver for the rears. would this be good if i would be i would be installing a sub later on? or should i make it uniform with 6.5" components for front and rear? I'm new to all this so I don't know what would be good. I have a small car if that makes a difference.

I'm looking at the Kappa 60.5cs for the components. I heard that components are all around better than 2-way/3-way speakers. Is this true? I was going to go with the 63.5i but then I thought that for a few more dollars i could get components.

I'm more of an SPL man myself. But I would say stick with your idea of just mids in the rear no comps. I understand the idea of the "soundstage" and it seems to me. Putting tweeters in the rear would draw the soundstage away from the dash area where it's supposed to be. amped comps in front subs in back is my rule of thumb no back speakers because that reduces the total volume of box you can fit in hell why should i worry in total my box is only 1.6 cuft
