i have a 300 gig external that i'll temporarily store video ts files in. i've had 15 or so on there before, but i don't like to store them for too long. i usually burn 2 copies and put one away in case the other gets scratched.

torrents. it's easier to just download compressed movies and convert them into burnable though.
