System Overhaul in a 2012 Ram 1500

I'm looking to put a new system in my truck as the 'alpine' system from the factory sounds bad. I'm looking to buy a box from net audio to go under my back sit for my 2x 12s. I'm looking to dynamat as much as i can with 2 boxes.



My only concern is how hard is it to hook up the pioneer 7000 with steering wheel module. I've gotten quotes from a few places to hook everything up because i'm not sure if i want to tackle the headunit.

I also have a factory rear camera i wonder if the headunit got wire into.

Pac has really good customer service so a quick call to them makes installing it a breeze. Try youtube alot of the time someone did it before and recorded it

I have a 2012 and they only show 2013/2014. :-( I might end up doing all the dynamat myself and let a shop create the adaptors and do all the wiring.

This is one of the best installers in the country. Service like that is not common and it will be worth it to at least call Shaun.

Q: Does you Ram have a box on the ground of the battery? I have is circled in the photo? What is that and will it interfere with supplying the amp the current it needs?
