system on auto insurance???

I have my current system insured for $9,500 and it cost an extra $234 a year, however i had to submit S/N's for every thing as well as receipts if i had them. My insurance company will also not insure anything not physically connected to the vehicle, but they are even covering my deadening and wire since it is connected to the vehicle.
