Just finished system after work today and decided to take it for a ride first i must say im extremely impressed it hits way harder that i thought it would, but my problem is when i come to a stop light if i keep it turned up playing anything with low bass my volt gauge goes down to like 10 volts and my car dies it has 2 brand new yellow top batteries the big 3 and a h.o. alternator took it to autozone and they checked the charging system and said its putting out 150 amps at idle and 175 at 2000 rpms and both batteries check out good im looking for any ideas on what else to look for.

i am really doubting autozone tested your ho alt right. there is no way that you will have a 150a idle and a 175a cruise. somethings wrong with that. your alternator is probably the problem in my opinion. whether its a slipping belt or some other issue. battery voltage drops because your alternator cant support your system, and the battery now does. 10v is considered a dead battery, i.e. why you car dies.
