System in a Tahoe Hybrid

Anyone know of any concerns I should have installing a system in my 09 Tahoe Hybrid. I realize I am somewhat limited because I can't upgrade alternator because there isn't one. Although I suppose I could possibly add a battery and an alternator solely to charge that battery effectively segregating that 12v system but that's somewhere down the line if at all. Right now I'm planning to put in a jl hd900/5. That will power my four door speakers and a single 10w6v3. Anyone with a hybrid have any idea of that is fine. I've googled and seem comments saying is fine and some saying is not. Thanks guys.
