OP, if you want to have a serious discussion over this "Audible sound" conversation you keep pointing to Brazil over, you can start a new topic and i'll be glad to dis-illusion you about it having anything to do with a country but in how electronics work, manufactured and what markets they are designed for, etc.

In no way is there anything i've ever seen that is not designed for any bad market.
