Subwoofer sounds different after 10 hours of use problem?

I can't remove the screws that hold the woofer into the enclosure because I have already used the box twice and I don't want to use the same holes again. And all you gotta do is pop off the wire connector cap on the side of the box to see the connections inside. Ta-da!
What's wrong with using the same holes again? I've taken my woofer in and out of my enclosure a dozen times at least... I think you're misunderstanding something here.

Take drill, unscrew sub, take it out. Only 90% of the people in CA have died from it, so i can understand why you wouldnt want to do that. Show us your toughness as being in that 10%
