subwoofer distortion help meee

i regrounded my deck to the chassis. it seems to have helped with the rumbling sound. i still get sounds out of the subs when i turn on my headlights and other electrical things in my car. also if i turn up the volume knob without any music playing. is this abnormal? im prob gonna end up buying a new amp because even if i find out its not the problem here i want to have it for if i want to expand and add more subs. if i find out this amp is ****ed well then good that works out too at least i know. im up for amp suggestions. something 800 watts rms but not rediculously expensive. woofersetc.com has a lot of amps for cheap if you find one on there that you would think i should go with let me know

the one that comes preloaded isnt to proper specs? or should i go bigger tune different? like i said earlier today i dont know a whole lot about making ported boxes.. but more better output with a box i have made your sying?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that even the preloaded boxes aren't very good. You could just do something simple using the re box calculator or another online box calculator. The manufacturer should have how much airspace the subs should have, or maybe someone else here would know that.

im searching fior the recomended box airspace for these subs and i cant seem to find it yet. but should i go with the max size it recomends for ported?

Open screw holes sound like a little muffler, loose box panels sound like a massager on a wooden table.
