Subwoofer Box for 05 Alpine Type R

Hey, not really into box construction, so I'm thinking about purchasing a box online or around here locally...

I have 2 Alpine Type R's 05 edition. (SWR-1222D) and a Hifonics BX1205D amp to push them.

I mainly listen to Rap/Hip Hop. Throwing them into a '99 Grand Am SE for now.

My question is... What type should I go with? Sealed? Ported??

Are there any recommended places on the internet I could get a nice box?

Any help would be much appreciated. I'm trying to get these hooked up as soon as possible as I've been slacking lately.

go ported thats what i did with mine, then i tried a sealed enclosure at 1.25 cu ft, not near as loud

I was generally thinking of going Ported.

Any good places on the internet to purchase quality ported boxes?

It would be appreciated if you could point me in a few directions.

ported is MUCH better for the Type R. Check out http://www.thecaraudiobox.com They can build boxes and they designed a box for 1 '05 Type R and it hit 150 db.

One of the people who works there even helped me design my box, and it is very loud and sounds really good.
