Hello, i'm trying to figure out what type of amps I would need to power two Volfenhag ZX4712DVX subs, these have dual 4 ohm voice coils, the power handling is 500W continous (I guess thats 250W per coil)

I want to run them at 4ohms stereo, i know i would need two amps that can handle 250W per channel @ 4ohms, I saw a Crunch V-2600 that has 250W X 2 at 4ohms, but i dont know if thats the maximum output, or if its continous and in any case if its enough.

Thanks

hahhahaa, you a prick db, hahahha

another idea is to get the Hifonics Z1000D. Ask limitkid7, he's pretty happy with it.

connect each sub in parallel, and then parallel between subs.

I recommend wiring to the 2 ohm load on the amp you stated you have, or you can wire to an 8 ohm load for amp stability. You can wire one sub to...
