Subs giving off unstable ohms

I'm pretty sure this sounds like a blown coil.

Depends on if the sub is easily reconed and the sub's value.

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...
