12 re audio se box question....

I have 2 12 re audio se's in a sealed 1.7 cu each chamber. It sounds pretty good. Just wondering if I can port the box. I know it should be at least 2 cu but that's all the room I have in my truck. If I can port it, what size diameter and length of the port should it be?I've read they sound ten times better ported.

You could use two 12" long 4" diameter ports. You must account

for an extra .18 cubic feet and the woofer displacements.

So:

.17 + .30 + 4

4.47 cubic feet net.
