LOL,yes sir HEAVY..I have my back seat out rt now for my enclosure for 4-tens in a 98 silverado xcab/3dr.I dont use my back seat for much of anything,I can throw it in the bed, and put my Xtang cover over it/works well/leak proofalready have a nice birch box for it ,but to use it would mean no back seat in my z71 , ican put it in and take it out as needed but still a heavy box with the sub in.sub weighs 80 lbs alone
Its three inches i raised it...sorryIts just two bolts, just used a socket on one side, and a closed wrench on the the other side.I did raise my seat 4inches with some flat steel welded on and drilled out for the bolt holes, and i have 14in clearance underneath ea seat with the jack out,and looks stock in,people can still sit in the rear and have approx 1in head clearance.Ran a pair of tens under the seats for a while that way ported,so I could use the back fire wall,to place my amps.takes about an hour to get the seat out taking your time/first time, after that, like 15 min![]()
Send me a PM with your PH #, and I can send you some quick pics no problem..Which one is that? You talking about the alumn bolt down for the seat rotation??I left it in so I could throw the seat in if i need.I did not remove it,and its not in the waycool pics ???????? how about the piece that goes into the extra cab panel behind the drivers seat
