Sub with most SPL with a little SQ

Im looking for a sub that will be the loudest while still having a bit of SQ to it. About 70% SPL/ 30% SQ. My budget is $600.

Choices that i have thought of so far...

1 15" L7

1 12" MTX9500

you said 70%spl and 30%sq. that's the solo x. it will get low. it's an 18. you will need a h3ll of an amp to power it.

it's a little over your 600 dollar budget though.

solo x's come in 10,12,18 in......but they need alot of power to really get moving.
